Cash, Travellers Checks or Certified Checks only.
Full amount payable at time of check-in
A Credit card number is taken to guarantee reservation only. We do not accept
credit cards as a form of payment.
No payment is refundable after check-in
Downpayments are non refundable.

When booking, a down payment in the amount of 25% will be required before the apartment, suite, or studio can be secured for the customer.

Minimum stays are 28 nights. For long term stays please contact 1291@1291.com

Cancellation

Cancellations later than 10 days prior to arrival date will be charged the amount of the first night, incl. of down payment.

A late fee applies for check-ins after 11pm ($20 after 11pm, $40 after midnight)

Luggage Storage

Same day storage free of charge, (no overnight storage).
We decline all responsibility for stored luggage.

US$ 20.00 per key set refundable, payable at check-in.
