Private Suite for 4: room with a King size bed, a double pull-out couch, TV, radio, private bathroom and fully equipped kitchen.
Duplex-Apartments up to 8: room with a King size bed, a double pull-out couch downstairs, 2 bunkbeds and balcony upstairs, TV, radio, private bathroom and fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso Coffee Machine. Our suites, studios and duplex apartments are located on 55th Street between 8th Avenue and Broadway. Air Conditioning/Heater is available during the summer/winter months.
Gold Luxury Suite: this is our first Gold Suite which is brand new renovated with the latest trend of Gold. There is a King size bed and a Double Pullout couch downstairs, with a full equipped kitchen and a private bathroom with a tub, upstairs is a cozy room with a queen size bed and a balcony with view on the sky scratchers of Manhattan.
We provide for all our guests: Lounge with a big screen TV, relaxing backyard, kitchen facility equipped with refrigerator, microwave and utensils to cook. Guests may use our laundry facility (in the evening). There is easy access to public transportation. The bus- and subway station are just 5 minutes away. There are also many supermarkets, restaurants, bars in this area as well as the famous Modern Art Museum (MOMA).
Our prices include bed linen and towels. Tax is not included. There is a $20 key deposit for each key taken out and returned by check out. Payment can only be made either in cash or in traveler's checks. 5% surcharge for Credit Card payments added. Minimum charge $50.00 for Credit Cards. In case of a no show or a cancellation less than 10 days in advance, a total of two nights will be charged.
